The oxidizing agent improves the reaction efficiency of SO2 to SO3 conversion and sulfite to more stable sulfate conversion, and the polymer activator can reduce the reaction temperature of these two processes, while some groups of the polymer can directly capture SO2 to generate organic sulfate.
