T-HDA hydrogenation dearomatization technology

Hydrogenation and dearomation technology is to make benzene ring in aromatics to cycloalkanes by hydrogenation to achieve the purpose of aromatic removal.

 

Due to the toxicity of aromatics, many industries restrict its usage, especially in the food solvent oil industry, the control of aromatics is particularly demanding. In recent years, environmental protection requirements have become more and more stringent, not only the content of aromatics in solvent oil is getting increasingly stringent, other petrochemical products also have certain requirements on the content of aromatics, hydrodearomatics has grown an important position.

The advantage of the technology

Nickel catalyst is adopted other than noble metal catalyst to decrease the cost. Temperature rise is controlled by circulating heat, which makes the reaction run for a long time at low temperature, moves the reaction balance in a favorable direction, increases the conversion rate, and improves the service life of the catalyst
