2.2 Scale and corrosion inhibitor

 

At present, in order to solve the problem of easy scaling of key equipment in the process of oil processing, domestic researchers have conducted a lot of research on scale inhibitors and developed scale inhibitors with strong target and obvious scale inhibition effect; according to their use, they can be classified into FCC slurry scale inhibitor and hydrocracking scale inhibitor.

At this stage, East China University of Science and Technology, Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company and Nanjing Petrochemical Company Limited have developed FCC oil slurry scale inhibitors, which are applied in most domestic heavy oil FCC units. Scale inhibitor mainly has SFH series of East China University of Science and Technology and RG series of Shengli Refinery Research Institute of Qilu Petrochemical Company [1].

 

2.3 Coke inhibitor

 

The viscosity reduction and anti-coking agent of Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company can obviously inhibit the coking of the device, delay the reaction temperature of starting coking and promote the cracking reaction; NS-970 delayed coking coking inhibitor produced by Nanjing Petrochemical Company Limited has been applied in Anqing Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation, and NS-17 ethylene cracking coking inhibitor has been applied in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company and Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the additive The additive has good coking inhibition ability, prolongs boiler life cycle, reduces energy consumption and improves economic efficiency.

 

2.4 Lubricating oil dewaxing filtering aid

 

Solvent dewaxing filtering aid can be divided into four categories: Class 1 for alkyl naphthalene, which is used earlier; Class 2 for ash-free polymer class, which has more varieties; Class 3 for crude wax or microcrystalline wax oxide; Class 4 for certain metal purifiers and the like, but not much reported. At present, the domestic research on lubricating oil dewaxing filtering aid is mainly engaged in Daqing Chemical Research Center and so on.


3 Catalyst additives

 

3.1 Metal passivators for catalytic cracking catalysts

 

The passivating agent currently developed in China mainly has 3 major categories: passivating nickel agent, passivating vanadium agent and passivating nickel passivating vanadium dual-function passivating agent. 


Domestic refineries currently commonly used corrosion inhibitors are Nifantin-18, 7019, 1017 and other series, in recent years, Sinopec Group Corporation Corrosion Prevention Research Center (Luoyang) developed SH, KG series of high-efficiency corrosion inhibitors, etc., has been widely used. For example, high-temperature corrosion inhibitor SH9018, with good film formation at high temperature, can be used at 420 ℃.

It has a strong corrosion inhibition effect on Xinjiang Jiuzhang crude oil, Liaohe Gaosheng crude oil, Shengli Lone crude oil, etc. The corrosion inhibition efficiency is 20%-30% higher than the U.S. Nalco product 5180; China University of Petroleum (East China) has successfully developed SD-NFVl type metal passivator that is resistant to vanadium, nickel and iron; the Research Institute of Petrochemical Sciences has carried out research on resistance to calcium pollution in the catalytic cracking process is using the NS-50 series desulfurization passivator produced by Nanjing Petrochemical Co.
